stabaArt REPROSYSTEMS

stabakindreprosystems are manually or motor-driven aids that support the professional work of the restorers. Individual complete solutions are realized with the help of standardized components and adapted to the respective requirement profile and customer requirements.

Repro systems consist of a support structure, the object carrier and the tripod system. The steel or aluminum construction is anchored to the wall and, if necessary, the floor as a torsion-free substructure for the drive axles. Two movable axes in the x and y direction pick up the objects to be processed and ensure an optimized working position.

Painting holders and other holding devices are used to hold the objects. Cameras and scanners are attached to two other, motor-driven axes made up of precisely running linear slides.

A purely manual drive of all axes is possible, eg as a crank drive, or a combination with motor drives. These are then moved to the desired position using special software. Grid points and process sequences can be entered for serial recordings. Speed, acceleration and deceleration characteristics are continuously adjustable via PC control.

stabaArte ReproSystems are manual or motor-operated instruments that assist art restorers in their professional work. Comprehensive individual solutions are possible with the help of standardized components that are adapted to meet unique requirements.

ReproSystems consist of 3 components: A base structure, the painting support structure and a tripod that accommodates a line of electronic equipment. The base structure is anchored to either the wall or floor and is made of a torsion-free substructure that supports driving axles. The painting support is positioned by moving it along the x and y axes.

The camera, scanner or specialized equipment that is attached to the tripod is moved into position by two precision linear motor-driven slides.

A purely manual drive of all axles is possible, e.g., as crank drive, or in combination with a motorized drive. A special software moves the painting to the desired position. For continuous shooting, raster points and sequences can be entered. Speed, acceleration, and deceleration are adjustable via a computer control module.
